Japanese Sake Sterilizer System
Japanese Sake sterilize system uses hot water by highly precise steam control valve and plate type heat exchanger.
Types for brewery inside ageing or for bottling process can be selected.
Rapid temperature cooling system is also available.
- SPECIAL FEATURES
- The plate type heat exchanger instantly and completely sterilizes Japanese sake.
- The plate type heat exchanger ‘clip on type’ gasket makes replacing gaskets an easy process.
The ‘clip on type’ gasket allows for easy cleaning of the plate ridges. - Hot water and Japanese sake heat exchange sterilizes as well as eliminating odors and colors in the Japanese sake.
- Hot water temperature automatic control is highly precise steam control valve and is used to maintain a constant sterilization temperature.
OPTIONS
- 1.Rapid temperature cooling system after sterilization:
- The sake which has not been sterilized yet or cold water through the process of heat exchange reduces the temperature of the sterilized Japanese sake. The bottling process at the low temperature allows for the high quality of Japanese sake.
Sterilizer system, sake pipeline CIP system are also available. - 2.Inverter controls the sake flow:
- The inverter directly controls the sake flow into the bottling machine.

Automatic Yeast Mash Cultivation System
This system is composed of stainless tanks include dimple shaped jacket & paddle stirrer, chilling water tank, hot water tank, and control panel.
- SPECIAL FEATURES
- By the programing of the temperature and the timings of stirring, the system automatically adjusts adequate cooling, heating, and agitating operations.
- Rapid cultivating yeast is automatically fermented with frequent switching from cooling to heating. “Daki barrel” and “Kumikake operation” are not required.
- Special shaped “Paddle stirrer” can stir without crash the rice. Periodical stirring makes it easy to control the temperature.
- Dimple shaped jacket is superior in pressure resident of coolant and heat transfer efficiency.
Fermentation Tank
This Fermentation tank adopts pitched paddle agitators and dimple shaped jacket.
